Welcome to Bhutan. On arrival at Siliguri (NJP) railway station or Bagdogra (IXB) airport meet & greet by our representative. Transfer from Siliguri/Bagdogra to Jaigaon/Phuentsholing at Bhutan border. Check into hotel, visit zangto pelri lhakhang & rest of the day is leisure

Overnight: phuentsholing

After breakfast proceed to Bhutan immigration for immigration formalities and after completed at work in immigration you will start your journey to Thimphu (7,500 ft), the Bhutan capital. On the way enjoy the beauty of Bhutan Himalaya, waterfall & dram view. On arrival at Thimphu check into your respective hotel. Evening leisure time at clock Tower & Market Area

Overnight: Thimphu

Drive for a full day Thimphu sightseeing starting with, Buddha point- world largest sitting Buddha, Visit Institute of handicraft emporium & the National Memmorial Chorten. After lunch Proceed for a full day to Punakha (Approx 75km/ 3 Hours from Thimphu). Punakha is the old capital of Bhutan and now its district of punakha Dzongkhag. Punakha was the capital of Bhutan till 1955.

En-route Dochu la Pass. Visit Douchu la pass (3150masl). The pass is a popular among the tourists because of its 360 degree panoramic view of Himalayan range. The place is worth going in clear winter days with magnificent view of snow-capped mountains and mountain pass.

Overnight at Punakha

Visit to punakha Dzong: The Punakha Dzong, also known as Pungthang Dewa chhenbi Phodrang, is the administrative centre of Punakha District in Punakha, Bhutan. Constructed by Ngawang Namgyal, 1st Zhabdrung Rinpoche, in 1637–38, it is the second oldest and second largest dzong in Bhutan and one of its most majestic structures

Hike to chimmi lhakhang- Chimi Lhakhang, also known as Chime Lhakhang or Monastery or temple, is a Buddhist monastery in Punakha District, Bhutan. Located near Lobesa, it stands on a round hillock and was built in 1499 by the 14th Drukpa hierarch, Ngawang Choegyel, after the site was blessed by the “Divine Madman” the maverick saint Drukpa Kunley (1455–1529) who built a chorten on the site. After Lunch- proceed to paro and check in hotel. Evening leisure time at paro town

Overnight: Paro

Morning – After breakfast, take an excursion to Taktsang Monastery, the most famous of Bhutanese monasteries. It is said that Guru Rinpoche arrived here on the back of a tigress andmeditated at this monastery hence it is called “Tiger’s Nest”. The excursion tomonastery’s view point takes about 5 hours for round trip. While return to Paro town visit Kichu Lhakhang, one of the oldest and most sacred shrines of the Kingdom.

Optional: Proceed for a full day sightseeing of Paro another important destination in Bhutan. Today you will visit Drukgyal Dzong, View of Taktsang Monastery, Kichulanka Monastery, Ta Dzong, Paro Rinpung Dzong (Museum), Nya-Mey Zam, Dungtse Lhankhang

Overnight at Paro

Today you will proceed to Phuentsholing from Paro and on the way seen the view of road side temple, paro river side, bird eye view of paro international airport. Check into your respective hotel.

Morning check out hotel and proceed from Phuentsholing to Siliguri (NJP)/ Bagdogra (IXB) for your onward journey with happy memories to cherish
